Daily Check-in: Wednesday, July 3rd

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening Blenders!

We're halfway through the work week--and for some us American Blenders, tomorrow's a holiday--so it's almost a weird 3-day weekend! Whoo! I'm lookin forward to the day off, festivities, and watching fireworks from my deck (and keeping poor Furry Trainer #2 comforted as they go off. Poor baby hates loud noises. Furry Trainer #1 is not bothered by them. She'll snore right through 'em! Hopefully Furry Trainer #3 will pick up this habit and not be scared of them either.)

So, how're you all doing today? How's your week going so far?

And how about a nice sunrise picture to start (or end) your day? There's some cool clouds, and you can kinda see the crescent moon in the background there. Kinda neat!

Anywho, how's things in your corner of the world, Blenders? Is it nice weather there?

It's supposed to be warm and humid here today! Not my favorite, but my garden loves it, so it's not so bad, right? haha

And what about them workouts today, FB Fam? Is it a workout day or a rest day for you?

So, I did the descending reps upper body workout yesterday, and Whoa, Nelly! do I got the T-rex arms today! I decided to really challenge myself with the weight I used, and uh, I did just that! Definitely feeling it in my shoulders and upper back the most. (I was also able to do bicep curls with 27.5 lbs per hand for the 6 rep round! Whoo! That's a first for me!) I also did not get in a short core workout like I originally intended to add on, because Furry Trainers decided it was time to play, and that was that. I'd take puppy playtime over workouts every time! haha. So that makes my decision easier as to what to do today: core work!

Not sure which one I'll do, because they're all great! But I'll get one of them done today!

And then food! What about the food? What's on your menu for today Blenders?

I'm in the "I-don't-know" camp! It'll be kinda whatever's easiest to scrounge together from leftovers!

Well guys, I think I exceeded the rambling quota for today's check-in, so I'll quit while I'm ahead!
