Belly Fat Burner HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training Workout with No Equipment

Did this routine this morning and I am slowly getting the impression that my legs will not be fit for purpose tomorrow. That being said, my next FB30 sessions requires their use in an extended way. What do you guys do in this situation? I'm mulling over switching to a stretching routine but I don't want to be a day behind.
