What is your favorite way to combine programs?

I am getting ready to order one (or more!) of Fitness Blender's programs, but there are so many I'd love to do! I am interesting in knowing your favorite ways to combine programs, or which ones you use together.

If there is a FB article on this topic already, I'd love to read it. A quick search on the website did not pull up much for me.
