So this is something I've always tended to avoid but this time I'm genuinely intrigued about my progress. Only I can't do the run. Not that I'm physically unable to do it, it's just that I have the baby monitor most nights and I tend to work out at around 5.30 in the morning when the toddler is asleep. So I can't leave the house. That being said, we do have an exercise bike. Do you guys think this is a viable alternative?
