Hi, I'm just starting FB Fit Round 2 and I also go to crossfit style fitness class once a week. FB Fit2 is a five day programme and I can't/don't want to work out more than 5 days a week, so I'm wondering how I should decide which day to drop from the FB Fit each week. Typically there are two HIIT days combined with lower body strength, two upper body days and a core day. Usually one or more of those strength days has a cardio workout too. As the fitness class is really intense, It seems like the logical thing would be to skip one of the hiit and lower body days, but summer is coming fasted than we realise and don't want to end up neglecting my lower body. Do you have any recommendations?
