I've gained quite a bit of weight in the past 3-4 months. I'm not entirely sure as to exactly how many kg I've gained cause I try to avoid the scale, but I know I'm not at my best because all my pants feel waaay to tight right now. I have a wedding in 6 weeks and while I don't plan on doing anything crazy to lose weight, I would like to look better and slimmer by then.
So I was wondering:
1. Do you guys think it's possible to see changes in 6 weeks?
2. Which Fitness Blender program have you found to be the most helpful for fat loss?
