So I recently got a gym membership because I was getting tired of working out at home, but I found myself feeling really uncomfortable at the gym and I then decided to just get heavier dumbells (25lbs each) and try another FB program at home. I do however would like to to gain more muscle mass, so I was wondering if anybody has tried combining gym exercises(hip thruster, leg press, ect) along with FB workouts?
I also noticed that I wasn't seeing much results because I wasn't lifting heavy enough. I spend about 2 years doing workouts using 10-12 lbs per hand, and I feel like this month I have actually seen more results using heavier weights (15-20 lbs per hand ). I am just really uncertain what do to do next with my fitness journey! Any suggestions would be appreciated! :)
