Fb Reach and Abs Complete

Today, I finished Reach and Abs 1. It was a really complimentary combination. Between the two programs, it averaged about an hour a day. Some days there were double warm up or cool down videos. I chose the one that looked the most interesting. In terms of results, I see a difference in my stomach and I feel like I gained strength in my core. I feel like my flexibility has improved. More importantly, my mental tolerance for longer stretching videos has increased. I put off Reach for a long time because I would get "bored" with pilates, yoga, and co. Learning to relax was an important element for me. Next week, I will try a self-designed program with new videos. Then I am on to Fb Bodyweight while we are on summer break and I do not have access to my equipment.
