I'm re-evaluating my workout regimen and wanted to get some input about more frequent workouts during the day (maybe 10 minutes?).
Between 4 hours daily commute, I'm only at home with my family about 90 minutes each night before bed, so I prefer not to spend that time working out.
In my ideal world, I'd do these throughout the day in my office. So...
Does anyone do this know?
What types of workouts are most amenable to these short bursts?
Can I effectively keep up my slow weight loss and build any muscle like this?
Am I delusional? : )
