I have several workout programs of Fitness blender and I love them all. Yeah ME! My body type loves the strength training. BUT I need the cardio also. And I know some of the strength training is equal to cardio! What I am looking for is one of the workout programs or two to intertwine, that has a balance of weight training and cardio together. In one program if possible. Ideally I'd like only 2-3 cardio days in my 6 day work out schedule. For the most part I have 30-40 min in the morning to workout. The 6th day is a stretching day and the 7th day is a rest day. I really appreciate your help. I'm gonna be 58 this year and I like staying in shape. Gotta keep up with my grand babes, hehe!
