May the Blender Oracle speak...

Hi dear Blenders! How are you all today? I hope well. I am turning to you for a trusty opinion on the FB Bodyweight programs. I am going home for almost two months this Thursday and unfortunately I cannot take my dumbells with me. That is why I am getting all giddy because I get to treat myself to a brand new workout programme! :D

I have heard lots of praise for the Bodyweight programmes, but I would like to ask those of you who have done them to shed a ray of light on how round 1 and 2 compare to each other...

Round 1 is described as level 3-5, averaging 40 mins per day, while round 2 is a 3-4, with 37 mins average. Did you feel a noticeable difference in intensity between the two?

Does either round have noticeably more kickboxing than the other?

Finally, while I know that all FB programmes are truly well rounded, does either Bodyweight lean more towards bodyweight strength training?

I would really appreciate your advice :) Also, if anyone has written about either round recently and you happen to have a link to the post - that's also more than welcome!
