I finished Strong 💪🏻#ProgramComplete

Hi FB family!

I finished Strong this week and wanted to share this accomplishment!

I loved this program a lot more than I thought I would. This program focuses primarily on strength training, so there is minimal HIIT. I thought I would miss HIIT, but it was honestly a nice break to solely focus on strength training. My strength and endurance has definitely improved, and I can see a small difference in my arms. Even though weight lifting doesn't usually burn as many calories as cardio, so many of the videos are structured to be endurance based, so you're sweating up a storm!

I started Abs Round 2 today since I know that my core is pretty weak; I will check in again when I finish it!
