Combo- Flex and Reach?

I usually do full body programs like FB30 and Strong. But I'm thinking of the idea of pairing Flex and Reach together next. What do people think of that combo? I think it could be fun to work on making some gains in my upper body and I also have never really worked on flexibility other than the standard warm ups and cool downs. I feel a little worried about neglecting my lower body, but it's only a month?
