Starting week 3 of FB Strong

After starting this program many times in the past, I have finally gotten past week 2. Week 3 starts with a total body workout full of compound movements that really challenge the body and the mind. In fact my mind couldn't wrap around the lunge+curl+leg lift+overhead press combo. I'm really enjoying FB Strong, and the fact that many of the workouts get the heart rate up, whether through HIIT portions or supersets without a lot of rest in between, is an added bonus.
