Hello!

Hi! My name is Christina I am 32 and I am new to FB. Just wanted to say hello! I ve been watching you guys on youtube for a long time and decided to join your community.

I have been training consistently since 2012 but this year I have focused mostly on running. I do face lots of insecurities with my body and some weight fluctuations but I always try to train 3-4 times per week. I would be happy to share my thoughts, questions and fitness tips with all of you! :)
