FB Sweat or FB Strong?

I'm a little frustrated at my slow weight loss, & I'm almost done with FB 30 Round 4. I've wanted to try Strong for awhile but I'm scared that going to straight strength, with very little HIIT, will stall my fat loss. But then again, I've been doing HIIT-heavy programs for 7 months, so could my body just be tired of HIIT?

Advice, please: another round of Sweat next, or try Strong?
