HIIT and all the things I think in my head while doing it!

Hi All!

I am a veteran exerciser, now in my 40's and started working out at the gym at 14. However, I'm in my third week of the FB adventure program and I dread the HIIT part of it! But, I have to admit, it's super effective because I have already lost pounds and inches!

Do you have a love/hate relationship with it too?

My next program is going to be FB strong. Has anyone done it yet?
