Finished FB 30 round 1, what to do next?

Hey all and happy Friday!

I wonder if anyone has any thoughts or advice for me? I have just finished FB 30 round 1 and I'm not sure what to do next.

My goals are weight loss, increased strength and flexibility and to tone up my lower body which is my real problem area (so basically everything!!) I can do 30 mins 5 days a week anything more than 40 I will struggle to do 5 days (time wise).

I'm not sure whether to do a strength programme or FB 30 round 2 or maybe build my own programme?

Does anyone have any thoughts on what might help me get results quickly?
