Hi Everyone. I've just purchased the FB 30 and I'm excited to get started. I actually haven't watched any of their free videos or done any of their workouts but decided to buy the plan based on reviews. If I have a structured plan in place, I'm able to stick to it a lot quicker than if I designed something on my own. My only question is, can I do this workout barefoot. I read in some of the reviews that there are a few jumping exercises, so I wanted to check if it would be okay to do those barefoot, or would you recommend doing it with shoes. TIA!
