I am getting towards the end of the FB Low Impact 4 week program and am looking forward to continuing my training. I am in my 50's, female and quite a bit overweight with a history of bad knees, so I am wondering which program I should do next. I am careful to modify more challenging movements and I sure wish I could do a decent cobra or even sit cross-legged like I used to. It's hard with the extra chub, but I am working on it. Any suggestions for my next program? Thanks so much.
