FB 30 and PFT

Hi all!

I've been thinking about it for a few weeks now and I've finally decided to buy my first program! I went with round 1 of FB 30 and I'm super excited to get started!

My question is do y'all typically actually do the PFT? I don't really have anywhere to do the run and I don't have a measuring for the stretch part so I'd only have a couple things I could do. Should I still do it or just skip to day 2 or replace it with something else?
