Which program to begin with?

Hello!

I’m looking into purchase a workout program and I’ve read that the Low Impact one is the best to begin with but I just wanted to hear if anyone has their favorite program/has used the low impact program and what their thoughts are?

I like to push myself, and I’ve taken a bit of a hiatus from working out and want to get back into it again. I just have some light weight dumbbells so the body weight programs also sound interesting.
