Working out after injury and guilt

Hi everyone!

I had to take a week off from exercise last week due to a repetitive strain injury on my writing arm (I have an exam on Thursday oops :D) and pain in my knees. I feel really guilty about taking this time off and wonder if anyone else struggles with having to take time off working out? I feel like I have lots of body image issues and without exercise I find it hard to control them, it’s something I’m working on at the moment.

Hopefully I get better soon, does anyone have any recommendations on what kind of workout videos to use to ease back into high intensity exercise and strength training? I want to avoid injuring myself again so am worried about getting back to HIIT.
