How do I mix running with a 8 week program???

Hi everyone! I've just purchased the 8 weeks weight loss program, and can't wait to start, but I was wondering... does anyone know if there is a way to incorporate running into that? I just love running and I couldnt think to stop that for two months! Has anyone been in a similar situation? Thank you so much for the help! Elisa :)
