Can I schedule fewer days per week for whole program in advance?

Hi - I'm doing the 8 week program for "busy people", but I don't want six days per week, I want like three to four, to mix with yoga days and gardening days and such. So far I'm just pushing the remaining days out each time I want to rest or do yoga instead of the program, but it means a lot of clicking. Is there a way to tell the program I want to do it x days per week? I'm guessing not... Thanks!
