Which one do I choose?


Hello FB Fam,

I'm on my second round of FB Blend, and I've decided that light cardio and strength training are my favorite forms of exercise. My fitness goal is just to be more toned (not trying to go for a certain look/fat percentage/etc. to avoid an impossible goal mindset!!). Does anyone have any suggestions for which program I should purchase to fit what I want?
