New to working out

Hello everyone! I'm a beginner when it comes to working out and my goal is to make it a part of my daily routine because it helps me to keep a healthy mindset and body. I really like FB's workouts and now bought the FB Low Impact Fat Loss program. I was wondering what your experiences were with this program? Is there anyone who also started this way? Did this work for you? Thanks in advance!
