How is your May going? Can you believe that it is almost over? Time is flying by and June is almost here! ๐Ÿ˜Š

Are you having a good month? Have you been working out, travelling, resting, or what?

As for me, today I finished FBsweat!! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช My first program ever!

I enjoyed it a lot! I did the extra credits everyday and the workouts were very good!

Now, maybe some of you know that my right foot has been hurting. It's a bit better now but it still hurts. So, I am thinking about taking a week and a half off to heal properly. This is why I will only do combinations of low impact cardio, pilates, short strenght routines and stretching for these days.

I hope this helps me heal and then, I will start FBburn Round 2 the last day of May! ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜Š
