FB Strong complete....alternative cooldown!

I started FB Strong on April 4 and rescheduled quite a few times, but finally managed to finish it today!! Yep, feel pretty happy about that. Not sure what to do next: plan my own workouts? Or I might put FB abs and FB30 on my calendar and switch between them, choosing the workouts I fancy that day, whether from the one or the other programme. Gives me some structure but also some freedom to pick what I fancy. Anyone else done that?

Today had been a pretty dull day, so after I finished the total body workout and the sun was out, I fancied a walk down to the beach instead of a cooldown: well, walking barefoot in the sea meant at least a cooldown for my feet.... I will have a stretch before bedtime. Hopefully that’s enough!
