FB Sweat Vs FB Burn

I’m going to purchase either sweat or burn as my next program but was curious if there was a major difference between them on the amount of strength training. I have completed a few other programs and am really excited to see my muscle gain and so I want the next program to have plenty of strength workouts along with HIIT. If anyone has an opinion on which program might have more strength component to it I’d love to hear about them. Thanks!
