I am currently doing my second round of FB FIT 2. I have purchased FB Bodyweight for up at the cottage this summer. I would like one more program and I’m wondering if you guys can help me choose.
The workouts a really like are 15-20 mins HIIT followed by total body (combination) strength training with dumbbells. So basically I like to get a whole body workout 2-3xweek and then some additional abdominal workouts on the alternating days. Which of the FB programs has a lot of their whole body/combination strength routines?
