This is Gisela. I purchased the workout program FB Fit. I was doing very well. I lost 7 pounds in the first month and even gained some muscle, but two weeks ago I got pretty suck and couldn't workout (or at least not for long). I missed two weeks of workouts and I am not sure if I should pick it up where I left or if I should start all over. I am not sure what to do because even though I got some gains, I don't feel as strong as I did when I stopped.
I will really appreciate your suggestions.
