PFT??

Hi,

So I’ve psyched myself up to start today and I’m quite annoyed as Day 1 of FB Low Impact and FB Reach is a fitness test which requires a running machine or tape etc and a way to track steps. I was told all I needed were dumbells. I get it’s not all running but I don’t have room to run in my house and I’m not supposed to run because of my knee so what do I do? Do I skip to Day 2? I feel disheartened as I can’t do what it’s asking me to do. I can’t actually see an option to skip it? I’m so frustrated as I just wanted to get started and it’s taken a lot of will power to get here this morning 😒
