SUGGESTIONS for getting back on track.


Hi everyone,

I started working out with FB 2 years ago and had great results during the time I was regularly exercising. However, it's been almost a year now since I stopped, and although I am proud to say that I haven't gained any weight back, I still do not feel as good as I did before. I want to exercise again, but it's actually difficult knowing with what to re-start.

So, would you please suggest a/a few workout(s) that would not kick my butt off right away xD? Thanks :)
