Stuck for a new training guide


Iove your videos! I have lost 84lbs following your youtube videos over the last few years and I am so happy with where I am now. I'm on my last week of FB Strong and it was great. I am looking for a new guide that will allow me to lose some fat, not alot I just want to get a bit leaner for summer and still stay strong and build a bit more muscle. Have you and suggestions please?
