Help! Sprained wrist, need alternate exercises!

I somehow managed to sprain my wrist doing yoga (beware the high side plank twist!). I don't want this to ruin my fitness plan (I'm doing my 2nd round of the 8 week program now). But I know I'll need a lot of modifications for the next few weeks. Can you share some ideas for both alternate moves when mt climbers/burpees/etc come up, AND upper body workouts that don't require my weight to be in my hands? A girl can only do so many high knees and jumping jacks...
