what do you think about combining days in FBFit when you don't have enough time? For example, I didn't have much time today so I missed my cardio+upper body day. So I was thinking about doing today's workouts tomorrow, along with the already scheduled workout (lower body strength) and do it all in one go (roughly 1h 50min workout). Doing it separately on the weekend is not possible for me, so that is the only option since I don't want to miss any workouts.
So what do you guys do when you miss a day? Have you ever combined workouts in FBFit? If I do combine them, it will count as a 1000 calorie workout, I now realise!
