Last year, I started working out on a daily basis, something I'd never really quite done before (I'll be honest, I don't like working out at all), but stopped around December when I got a full-time job that basically sucked up all my energy.
I've tried to get back into it recently and although I did alright last week, it seems as though it's becoming harder to really get back into it.
So, I'd like some recommendations for what I could do now that I'm trying to get back into a daily workout routine.
What specific workouts would you all recommend for someone in this kind of situation? I'm completely out of shape again, haha, and can hardly do a whole workout, so I'd appreciate some recommendations, truly!
