Recovery Option vs. Regular Routine

Hello,

I just started FBBooty and felt really sore after the first workout. Today was the next scheduled lower body workout with a recovery option I thought I would have to “settle for”. I felt okay during the warm up so I decided to try the regular workout instead and actually got through the whole thing without any pain or discomfort. Now my legs are still really tight and sore, but not worse than before.

How do you handle days where you are still feeling sore? Is it okay to push through as long as it’s not causing any discomfort or pain during the workout itself or is it generally better to play it safe and go for the recovery option?
