Hello Fitness Blenders!
I'm pretty new to Fitness Blender and have been loving the workouts so far! I've thought about purchasing one of the programs and giving it a try as I've never followed a program before. I've always just picked and chose my own workouts so I'm not sure if I'm working out the most effective way.
I'm looking to lose just a little bit of weight (15-20 pounds) as well as tone up and build some strength and endurance. What would everyone recommend?
