Postnatal workouts

Hey there! I'm 9 months preggo and ready to pop any day. But due to swelling and preeclampsia I've had to significantly pare down my level of activity. Any suggestions from moms for workouts I can use to ease myself back into the game after my baby girl is born? Also wanted to ask because diastasis recti may be an issue as well.
