help!!!

hi, I just completed the Strong program because I love lifting weights.. I did have difficulty with the cardio/hiit portions because my body cant handle the movements and it causes pain (I was in an accident and my shoulders and knees and neck wont allow fast paced movements)… I really need to lose body fat and I am trying to work with the treadmill and bike … Is there a program that would help tone my body .. lifting weights is always welcome
