Which programme should I choose?

Hi!

Can anyone recommend the best programme for weight loss and toning. I’ve lost 1 stone 8lbs which is half way to my goal but I’m getting flabbier and flabbier as I haven’t exercised for a while. I have a holiday in August and I drastically need to tone. All over really but especially my legs! And tummy. I would like to start on Monday so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated xx
