I've been using FB programs for a few years now and am just about to finish another round of FB 30. I'm 12 weeks pregnant (!!) and my doctor has given me the clear to continue to workout (with moderations as needed). Have any of you guys worked out throughout your pregnancy?
Tips and feedback about workouts that were effective and worked for you during pregnancy are more than welcome! Also, which FB program do you guys feel will work best for 2nd trimester workouts? Thanks thanks.
