Is doing more than one workout program at a time recommended?

Hey guys,

I’d like to improve my strength and flexibility. I’ve purchased the FB Reach and FB Strength program, but I typically start off strong then fall off. Do you guys find better results when you do one at a time? I often feel, for example, that if I’m focusing on the Reach program, I’m neglecting my strength goals.
