How do I adjust these programs together? I want to increase my muscle mass for lower body, and also work on my core since it's relatively weak.. How do I do arrange my calendar to make both programs fit? For example if I have a lower body hit workout on FB abs the same day as FB booty lower body strength, which one do I pick? Also should I combine FB abs workout and lower body on the same day? or should I combine Abs workout with the upper body days?
