Finishing alt weeks of abs 2 and booty 1 next month...its really worked well with my schedule. I'm thinking I'm only gonna do 3 workouts a week starting in June! So a new XT program would be perfect! But if no such thing happens I'm gonna do the 5 days challenges as such...day 3 2 1, then 3 4 5 the next week. Wanting to do them in a row so this will workout just fine....and that will last 6 weeks. Every week would be core arms legs...this was my way of half making my own program half not...lol.
