My husband works out regularly in gym but does not follow any structure or routine. Now that we have moved to a suburban house, we do not have easy access to gym and working out at home is more convenient. I regularly use fitness blender from 3 years and wanted to introduce my husband to one of their 4 weeks program so that he can get into a routine.
I haven't seen many men in this community. Do men really use fitness blender workouts and does it help them? Or its only women for whom these workouts are designed?
