Hi all! New to FB and basically working out in general. Been living in NYC for a year (with a job where I'm mostly standing and walking), and I've still managed to put on almost 25 lbs -- I'm 5'7 and almost 185lbs now. I'm sure a lot of it is my very bad diet, and I'm working on that bit by bit, but I decided today that I can't be sedentary at home anymore, especially because I have a lot of podcasts to listen to and may as well get in shape as I listen, right?) Would love any starting tips, video recommendations, or encouragement from folks, this seems like a great community!
