FB 30 round 4 + FB Reach

Just did these two programmes in tandem, and worked brilliantly! Takes more time, obviously, than just 30 on its own but doesn't necessarily double it - you can stop before the cooldown in FB30 then use the Reach bit as cooldown and more stretching/core building. The days seem to fit really well together, ie upper body days, lower body days. And I have much more flexibility than when I started. Would v much recommend! Going to do Reach again, to increase flex further, along with one of the Abs programmes. 💪
